 Simple Phone Script: The Assumptive Close

Hello  [Prospect's Fullname] please!!  {put some energy in it don't over due it though}
{When the prospect answers}

[Prospect's Fullname]???  {this is vital...make it a question}


Hi [Prospect's Firstname], this is [Your Fullname] calling from [Your City & State]. 
[Prospects Firstname], I am calling you about Global Domains International.

Before I say anything else, let me assure you, I am NOT selling anything, OK? {OK is vital}

We are giving away a free trial memberships for a home based business opportunity.  I recently sent you and e-mail with a link to a 7-minute animated movie - the one with the "red sports car". 

Have you had a chance to look at that yet?
 
WAIT FOR THEIR RESPONSE:

If they answer:  No, I have not seen it.

     a)  You say:  

Ok, well I'll give you that link right now. Do you have something to write with?  Or would you like me to e-mail that link right now?

{under no circumstances should answer any questions at this time...you want them to watch the movie...let it do the selling}

   b)  If they take the link - tell them:

I will call back in fifteen minutes to answer any questions that you might have.  And remember, this is totally free, and I am NOT going to pressure you into anything...OK?  {get agreement}

Fine [Prospect's Firstname], I will talk to you in about 15 minutes...OK?  {get agreement}

c)  When you call back you say:

Hi {Prospect's Firstname], wasn't that great!   And all you have to do is show people the movie.  Just like I've done with you.  You can do that can't you?  {get response}

Sure you can [Prospect's Firstname],  this is the easiest thing I have ever done.

Now [Prospect's Firstname], did you sign up for the free trial?

d) If Yes:  Thank them and tell them you will help them every step of the way!  THEN DO IT!

e) If No: 

Ok [Prospect's Firstname], then let me send you a link so you can sign up right now. Or would you like me to give you that link over the phone?

{After they sign up see step  d)

   a) You say:

Good [Prospect's Firstname], wasn't it great! And all you have to do is show people the movie.  Just like I've done with you.  You can do that can't you?  {get response}

Now [Prospects Firstname], did you sign up for the free trial?

b) If Yes:  Thank them and tell them you will help them every step of the way!  THEN DO IT!

c) If No I didn't sing up: 

Ok [Prospect's Firstname], then let me send you a link so you can sign up right now. Or would you like me to give you that link over the phone?

You should NEVER tolerate someone who is rude or disagreeable with you. You are the one with the opportunity.  Simply say Goodby and hang up.  You do not have to talk to them.  You are offering them an opportunity of a lifetime.

You don't have to beg anyone to be in this business. You are offering them a great way to find financial freedom. Go into every call with confidence.

  Remember that no ONE prospect is the key to your success, it's your cumulative effort that count's  Some will see it, some won't.

After they view your site and or movie you will get an e-mail from GDI with the subject line like this:

[Prospect's Name] is a new prospect ###-###-####.

It is very important to your future that you respond to these e-mails, these people want more information.  First send the e-mail below and then call them using the script above.  Here is the e-mail you should send to every prospect...every time.

Hi [Prospect's Firstname], [Your Fullname] here, I just wanted to make sure you don't have any questions about the movie you watched.  It is the movie with the little red sports car.  Here is the link again to refresh your memory:

Your E-mail Address or call me at Your Phone Number and I will then return your call so you don't have to spend anything on a long distance call.

[Prospect's Firstname],  I am not trying to sell you anything,  we let the movie do that.  This is a real easy business to make money in.  All you do is let people like yourself view YOUR movie.  That's it!  Then just follow up with them to make sure they don't have any questions.
