In-the-Canal (INC): Fully customizable and available in two sizes, people use this device for mild to moderately severe hearing impairment. these devices are so small, they easily fit completely inside the ear canal. Unfortunately, they are difficult to remove or adjust and are not recommended for young children.

4. Body Aid: This device is strictly for people with profound hearing loss. The aid itself is worn on a belt or in a pocket and is connected to the ear by means of a wire. this is not usually recommended because of the size but is very effective because of the many more options it allows.
