Realization of who you are is a momentary thing. Moment by moment. To realize who you are while flowing through this mindbody that you find your self flowing through is the ultimate movement of manifestation. And yes, manifestation does have its storyline that will flower and unfold. The complete illusion of what you are not will have its way.
It is so wonderful to see the amount of individuations that are beginning to actually wake up to the fact that who they are is not this mindbody that they find themselves travelling around through. However, it does not prevent them from getting entrapped again and again into forgetting who they truly are and mistaking themselves to be the mindbody that their self is flowing through. This is to say nothing of getting caught up in the desires of the mindbody as if they will deliver the recipient of something that they do not already have - or of the consequent pain and suffering that comes from such movements.
Realizing who you are is the first step. This realization, of course, must be actual and not conceptual. The immediacy of its freedom from having you distracted in believing any arisings of manifestation to be true of you is immediate. You stand simply free every time you realize who you are. The journey of self discovery only begins at this point of realization. This part of the equation is not touched upon and taught by today's level of realization that is unfolding. It is not just the "newbie" realizers but also the "old hats" who have not yet come to understand this second part of the equation. You are to learn to be who you are while flowing through this mindbody that you find your self flowing through. It is an actual movement and perhaps for the first time on this planet it has the potential of unfolding and fulfilling its own storyline through these mindbodies that populate the planet - perhaps. On the surface of it, it is not looking remotely close of coming to fruition but in terms of clarity that is beginning to dawn, it may just go where it wishes to go... time will tell.
"Why am I not experiencing what was shown to me" - because you are not consciously choosing to be who you already are on a momentary basis. You keep forgetting who you are and believing yourself to be who you think you are, again and again. Once you take yourself to be who you think you are you then have all kinds of agendas to try and work out, no matter how "spiritual" you may think these things are. The more you buy into who you think you are the more lost you get in its distractions. Just as quickly, the moment you align your conscious attention to that which you already are - and is currently energetically flowing through your very eyes right now - you stand free of all that is not you.
I have come under no shortage of "flack" for teaching that there is something for you to do to realize who you are. And there is something for you to do. You are to not perpetuate the belief of who you think you are over the top of who you already are. And... you must learn to not do this on a momentary basis. As you begin to learn to realize just who you are and to stabilise in the consistency and constancy of consciously being this one while it flows through this mindbody that you would otherwise misidentify as being you, great joy becomes part of the felt motion of this mindbody that you find your self flowing through.
