The evidence of collagen increases due to having vitamin B6, iron, calcium, magnesium, etc. in the cabbage which is used in the whole body.

    Soybean helps the skin glow. The hormone called Justin present in it helps in the formation of collagen which makes the skin soft, strong, and shiny.     Red fruits and vegetables
    Red fruits such as apple, pomegranate, grapes, cherry, watermelon, strawberry, and red vegetables have tomato, carrot, red chilies, red cabbage, onion, etc. helps in the formation of collagen. Antioxidants like lycopene, found in them increase the formation of collagen. And increase the activity of cells. Their effect helps to work the damage done in the sun. It enhances beauty and helps in getting rid of skin wrinkles.

    Legumes
    Many types of legumes are available in vegetable form, such as lentils, chickpeas, peas, french beans, lupins.     Linseed seeds and walnuts have omega 3 fatty acids which are necessary for the body. The body is not able to make itself. They have to go through a food diet. With their help, the functioning of the brain works correctly. Omega 3 fatty acids are equally important for the skin to be healthy. This protects the skin from sunlight damage.

    Vitamin C
    All are aware that the use of fruits is beneficial, but the fruits which are high in vitamin c are more beneficial for the skin. Citrus fruits like lemon, orange, mosambi, etc. give good benefits to the skin due to the best source of vitamin C. Apart from this; a fruit like grapes, papaya, which contain vitamin C progeny, which must be eaten to improve the skin, due to the storage of vitamin C in the amla is very beneficial for the skin. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that increases immunity and protects the skin from serious problems like cancer.

    Garlic
    Garlic has many other special ingredients like sulfur, which again repair the perishable collagen, fibers due to which its effect on the skin is clearly visible, hence garlic must be used. Eating garlic chutney can be a good option.

    Conclusion
    I believe the above mentioned natural food diet will surely give a good solution for skin issues. But people should check up on their skin health if they are suffering from severe skin health issues. Donā€™t use so many chemical cream products on your skin for maintaining skin beauty; it will only give temporary results. Always use the natural steps to cure skin health issues.
